Debugging, training, and after-sales service details
(1) Responsible for providing free guidance on equipment installation and debugging, as well as providing free training for operators and maintenance personnel.
(2) According to the instructions and procedures, the shelf life of non vulnerable parts is one year. If any quality problems are found during the shelf life, three free guarantees (repair, replacement, or return) will be provided. Those who urgently need on-site service are on call and guaranteed to arrive within 12-48 hours. The maintenance service fee outside the warranty period is only charged as a cost fee.
(3) Visit users at least twice a year to timely understand their usage, in order to improve and enhance the product.
(4) Ensure timely supply of user accessories.
